Your intents
Matching runs against active intents only. Pause one any time.
Introductions for you
Each was made because your criteria and theirs point at each other. Accepting opens nothing until they accept too. Declines are silent.
Who’s looking for you
People whose intents are looking for someone in your position. Anonymous until you’re both introduced.
Openings
Companies that fit your intent and have just shown a public signal: hiring, a filing, an award.
Companies across the web
While the network grows, Maelstrom searches the open web by meaning for companies that fit your intent. Nobody is contacted, and nothing you do here is shared.
Matches
Both sides said yes. Get to the meeting.
Needs you
Relationships going quiet, meetings waiting on a confirmation, and anything else that needs a decision. One summary email a day at most — never one per event.
Counterparts
Everyone you've matched with. Switch between them to see their profile, keep the conversation going, or book the next meeting — all in one place.
Scheduling
Set your hours once. Maelstrom only ever proposes times that are inside them for both people — and always shows the time in both timezones, because the same instant can be a different hour and even a different day depending on where you each are.
Saved searches
Watch for a counterparty type that isn't on the platform yet. We'll tell you the moment one arrives, instead of leaving you to check back.
Your profile
This is what counterparties see when a match opens, and what appears on your company profile if you're part of an organization.
Organization
One company account, each member a full account inside it. Every capability is its own toggle — presets are just starting points.
Verification
Verification confirms what you control — not who you are or what you're worth. Higher tiers rank slightly better in matching and show a badge to counterparties.
Your track record
What counterparts see next to an introduction from you: whether you reply and whether you turn up. Built from what you do, never from reviews.
Calendar
Connect a calendar and Maelstrom proposes times that are already free for both sides, adds confirmed meetings to it, and makes the call link. Each card below says exactly what that connection can see.
Rooms
Private matching pools. Share a room link with a cohort, an event list, a portfolio, a trade group — then run a search that matches only inside it.
Your relationships
What was said, what you promised, and when to come back. Private to you — none of it is visible to the people it concerns.
Bring your counterpart
Every network asks you to invite people like you. That thickens one side of the market and does nothing for matching. Here the useful invite is the one you're short of.
Introductions you’ve made
People you introduced to each other. You’ll see when they connect, never who said no.
Developer API
Connect Maelstrom to your own workflow — state intents from your CRM, act on introductions from your automation platform, receive events as they happen. Full reference.
Devices and your data
Where you’re signed in. Signing in again anywhere uses the same email code and brings back everything you saved.
If you lose your email
Sign-in is by emailed code, so your inbox is the key. Set up a second way in before you need it.
Notifications
Choose how often each kind of email reaches you, and whether this phone or computer shows them too.

Plan
Paid plans buy capacity — more concurrent intents and more weekly introductions. Never access to people.
Your links
Connected links appear in every match thread so counterparts can book you directly.
